Paytm set to return to digital payments platform with TPAP license.

On January 31, the Reserve Bank of India took action against Paytm Payment Bank and its parent company, one97 Communication, putting them at risk. However, on the evening of March 14, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) announced on its official Twitter handle that Paytm had received the TPAP license, bringing relief to Paytm users. Paytm has received the TPAP license with multiple bank partners, including SBI, HDFC, Axis, and Yes Bank. This means that users, such as @PAYTM, who are currently using other banks, will be redirected to Yes Bank. 

 Recharge and bill payment  

The company has made it clear that like before, you will be able to make bill payment and phone recharge with the help of Paytm app. These services will work as before. In this only Paytm Payment Bank is stopping working
